Do I need a release form from the appropriate enforcement department?

A release may be required by Eagan P.D. Please call to confirm what will be required to pick up your vehicle.

Only cash is accepted for impound release processing. A receipt will be issued to each customer, but we do not accept credit cards, travelers checks, checks, or any other form of payment.

Yes, a release form must be obtained from the Airport Police Department; they are located at lower door 1 at Terminal 1.
